Construction amateur de 1971. Paul LAUPRETRE l\u2019a achet\u00e9 en 1992. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 refait en partie (pont, bord\u00e9es) en 1995\/1996 aux Vieux Safrans d\u2019Annecy.
